When I try to extract nsfw patch it says error it's already in use?

Make sure to move the .zip patch file to the game folder. Quit the game if it's running, it should be closed when you patch. You can then extract and it should work. Let me know if there are any issues.
do you need to download a new uncensored patch as well?
Hi Moonsmith, there are no new censored graphics in this update so you can play through the new stuff without the patch or you can use the old uncensored patch on the new version. We will let you know when we release a new uncensored patch in future updates.
