Update 0.932

A small update this time dealing with bugs recently encountered by our players.

bugfixes:
- you won't be able to warp space time on the 2nd floor of Velvet Garter, jumping over the map edge was a cool feature in Mario though
- players will be reminded to collect the elixir from Candice
